Message dated and received July 31, stating the Governor transmitted                                
the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following resolution to the                                
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:

          Encouraging the Department of Corrections to                                              
          provide canned Alaska pink salmon to inmates of the
